Traveled to the birth place of one of my favorite American foods-THE Tater Tot- in other words, Minneapolis, MN.
My twin sister is finishing up her senior year of College at a small liberal arts school close to St. Paul. This was the perfect time to make a family trip to the Midwest.
Got to visit the deserted Gold Medal Mill- now named Mill City Museum- very cool place. AND obviously, had Tater Tots for every single one of my lunches.
